Key features
Full service
Speedreport is delivered on a fully outsourced ASP (Application Service Provider) basis, which includes data retrieval, template design and system management. It relieves firms of day-to-day involvement in the production of client reports.
Speed
Data is transferred into the required report formats very quickly and, depending on the template complexity, as many as 100,000 pages can be processed in less than 2 hours.
Automation
The Speedreport service can be delivered on a fully automated basis with data extraction and processing performed at pre-set times. Output is delivered at a time of convenience to the firm. The full automation can include onward dispatch to a fulfilment house for printing with final delivery being made to head office, individual branches or direct to a client.
Merging data sources
Speedreport can merge data extracted from multiple sources simply by the use of a common key identifier in each data stream. It can then apply consolidated page numbering and a contents page to the finished reports, creating bespoke packs for individual clients. For example, client portfolio information can be combined with performance data obtained from a second system and then presented to the client within a single consolidated valuation.
Verification made easy
Automatic generation of gross error checking files at the end of each run enables any values that have been calculated during the Speedreport run to be quickly checked.
Multiple output images
Speedreport produces the final output in industry recognised formats:
- Postscript, ready for printing and fulfilment
- PDF images, for inhouse use or for publishing via email or a secure web site
- HTML & WML
- Or any combinations of the above formats.
- Single or multiple output files
Usually, Speedreport produces one consolidated output file containing all the client reports, but if required it can deliver a single report or batches of reports instead. For example, all client reports for a particular branch office can be produced as one package.
