How it works
Based on a firm’s corporate identity, a number of Speedreport templates will create a format and style for all reports. There is a comprehensive choice of fonts and design components, including colour, bolding, shading, underline, italics, proportional fonts and graphics.

The template will include:
- Establishing the layout and boundaries of each unique page
- Defining specific sections or “boxes” within the page area (for example, to position a logo)
- Applying all relevant formatting attributes that are required for each section.
Each time a report is run, a control script is used, which will:
- Filter and/or validate the incoming report data
- Enrich data, for example with any supplied descriptions or sum totals
- Assign data into the template positions
- Sort specified data fields
- Produce the required reports in the chosen format(s)
